And Wander was founded 2011 in Tokyo Japan by Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori former designers and work colleges at the ever innovative Issey Miiyake. The idea behind the company was Keita’s inability to find clothing that he wanted to use while camping with friends. Inspired by nature, the mountains and their expertise at creating Paris cat–walk collections, Keita and Mori have created their own interpretation of outdoor wear. Their desire is not survival at the top of the worlds great peaks but a fusion of function for city dwelling and a desire to escape the city for nature at the week–end but created in the approach of a “Paris fashion brand”
