Sunray Sportswear is made in Japan. The fabric is manufactured on old circular knitting machines which can only produce one metre of fabric per hour. The process is known as loop–wheel. This produces a fabric which is tubular with no side seams, extremely soft and with out tension. The result being a garment that can almost never go out of shape. The cut and sew part of the production is carried out in a 3 generational family factory that has been on the go since 1926. A T–Shirt as it should and used to be.

Vintage Loop–Wheeled Production / 450GSM Japanese Brush Fleece

450gsm of knitted perfection. The brushed inside pile is created by using a very old brushing machine creating a uniquenesscand real depth to the pile. All our fabrics are heavily washed, dried and then put through a steaming process where the fabrics are run through a special sizing guide that ensures that sizing is consistent season upon season. The heavy washing process ensures that our garments do not shrink, the no side seams means that you garment will not go out of shape. No shrink, and perfect shape is why Sunray’s quality is becoming a benchmark of quality.

Postage within the UK is £8.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
