Dark Khaki (CJ073) CORONA M–43 Field Jacket
“M–43 ”is the starting point for the U.S. military’s field jackets, such as “M–51” jacket with a collar and front zipper and “M–65” jacket with a hood, stand collar, and velcro. This jacket is the only jacket with a refined jacket style design and a button system without a zipper. This item is a re–creation of the M–43 field jacket as daily wear, with the same features as the M–43 field jacket. The epaulettes are omitted and the jacket is made as an unlined lightweight spring jacket.
Lightweight cotton ripstop poplin. While most cotton ripstop is rather thick, this fabric is light and thin, durable fabric with a strong ripstop grid.
