Takeshi Ohfuchi created Post O’valls in 1993 based on American workwear and other functional garments with a very strong relationship with workwear. Takeshi has blended his inherent knowledge of vintage clothing and the traditional sewing techniques from American workwear’s “golden eras” to create his own unique interpretation of these much loved styles. The quality and characteristics of Post O’alls is an equal to the vintage workwear pieces they take their inspiration from. After many years living and manufacturing” Post” in USA Takeshi has moved back to live in Japan and now all manufacturing is done there. “Future Vintage”. Made in Japan.

 

POS–Travail 2 widewale cords navy 

 

POS–Travail made its debut in the Fall/Winter 2023 collection, offering a unique interpretation of classic French work jackets. Building upon that concept, the POST Chinois Travail, released last season, infused the design with a French–Chinese flavor. Now, the second version makes its appearance this season.

The latest model remixes various design elements found in traditional French workwear, unconstrained by any specific era. It features an updated silhouette with a wider body and shorter length. Another notable detail is the slightly sharper collar shape, which is uncommon for French–style coveralls. This design broadens the styling possibilities of the piece.
