South2 West8 was founded by Kaname Nagaoka in 2002. Starting out in Sapporo, on Japan’s northern most island of Hokkaido, the brand is inspired by and centred around tenkara fly fishing with classic “workwear” and the “great outdoors” influence . It is part of the Nepenthes Family.

 

Brick Work Jacket – 11.5oz Cotton Canvas

 

A simple, boxy chore coat, the South2 West8Work Jacket is a wearable day–to–day style. For the winter version, a contrasting corduroy collar has been added, along with quilting inside. Custom zippers and rounded pockets finish the design. The skull and target logo is woven on a green patch at the chest.
