Takeshi Ohfuchi created Post O’valls in 1993 based on American workwear and other functional garments with a very strong relationship with workwear. Takeshi has blended his inherent knowledge of vintage clothing and the traditional sewing techniques from American workwear’s “golden eras” to create his own unique interpretation of these much loved styles. The quality and characteristics of Post O’alls is an equal to the vintage workwear pieces they take their inspiration from. After many years living and manufacturing” Post” in USA Takeshi has moved back to live in Japan and now all manufacturing is done there.

Indigo Vintage Twill Walkabout Jacket

A quintessential example of Post O’Alls’ concept of “fusion” is the Walkabout—an instant hit in the late 1990s. Based on a WWII–era USN HBT utility jacket, the original Walkabout removed its wind flap, which was impractical for urban use, and fused it with the plain, understated back style (without yoke and pleats) of the U.S. Army version. The result was a reimagined, hybrid piece that embodied Post O’Alls’ unique relaxed approach. Over the years, several modified and replica versions were released, but this season marks the return of the original Walkabout—the most laid–back version to date. Prewashed

Postage within the UK is £10.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
