Takeshi Ohfuchi created Post O’valls in 1993 based on American workwear and other functional garments with a very strong relationship with workwear. Takeshi has blended his inherent knowledge of vintage clothing and the traditional sewing techniques from American workwear’s “golden eras” to create his own unique interpretation of these much loved styles. The quality and characteristics of Post O’alls is an equal to the vintage workwear pieces they take their inspiration from. After many years living and manufacturing” Post” in USA Takeshi has moved back to live in Japan and now all manufacturing is done there.

Blue High Count Broadcloth BL Original Shirt

Post O’Alls debuted in 1993, but the concept for the brand had been in development for several years prior. Among the design sketches created during that period, there was one model that could not be released at the time: a shirt featuring gathers on both the front and back yoke. Due to production constraints back then, it was forgotten. However, upon discovering the old sketches at the designer’s family home, the shirt finally made its debut more than 30 years later. The basic design is similar to the BL (Buttonless) shirt released in the mid–2000s—a soft–collar button–down style shirt without collar buttons—but differs by having gathers on the front yoke as well. Although the specs are very classic, the overall impression is casually fresh.

Postage within the UK is £10.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
