Dubbleworks is produced under the same production house as Warehouse & Co Japan’s cut and sew. Manufactured in Osaka using Marudo knitting machines. These loop–wheel tubular knitting machines though slow, produces a fabric that is unequal in quality and comfort. All spinning and sewing is done at the Doubleworks factory in Osaka producing a garment of rare beauty that represents the glory years of American sportswear and true Japanese craftsmanship. “Made in Japan”

Light Blue Pigment Dyed 9.5 oz Heavy Weight Raglan Sleeve T Shirt

Although categorised as a “T–shirt,” it features ribbed trim at the hem and cuffs, giving it the appearance of a short–sleeved sweatshirt. The ribbing at the cuffs and hem is not simply stitched on; it is applied using a “binder” construction. This design significantly prevents the ribbing from becoming stretched out or misshapen over time. Moreover, rather than the extreme cinching that can occur with standard stitched–on ribbing, this binder construction allows for a natural, subtle contraction—lending a unique character to the rugged, heavy–weight jersey fabric. Typical heavy–weight jersey is often knit using medium–thick yarns packed tightly together, which can result in a stiff, rough texture against the skin. In contrast, by using an exceptionally thick #8 yarn—even when knit with high density—the structure retains a bit of breathing room between the stitches, providing a pleasant, natural stretch.

Postage within the UK is £10.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
