Local lad David Holmes has taken a bit of time out of his busy schedule to put together a truly immersive 2 hours of music for us. For those who don’t know David, he has run legendary parties in Belfast, scored the Ocean’s Eleven series as well as producing many other scores for movies and TV shows for which he has now received 2 Ivor Novella Awards.
In the past few months alone David has released the critically acclaimed Unloved album and his highly lauded Late Night Tales compilation “God’s Waiting Room.” We are honoured that David found some time in between producing Noel Gallagher’s next album and his up coming “The Bureau Man” track to help us get in the mood…
Based high in the mountains near Tokyo in an amazing private weekend residence (Google it!), Setsumasa Kobayashi and his team work hard to fill in the dots in the brand title with different ideas such as Mountain Research, Horse Blanket Research, Hunting Jacket research among others. The attention to detail is second to none and the collections produced in highly limited numbers.
